We spent three hours at some random house party that Jake’s friend was throwing, and honestly? I think we’re getting old. Twenty feels ancient when you’re watching eighteen-year-olds do keg stands like it’s an Olympic sport. Carmen lasted exactly forty-five minutes before she started eyeing the door.

She’s currently questioning why we didn’t just stay in and watch a movie instead. Valid point. My feet are killing me from those boots, my hair smells like cigarettes, and I have an 8am exam tomorrow that I’m definitely not ready for.

Note to self: winter break cannot come fast enough.
