So apparently I survived junior year of nursing school. Who knew? Clinical rotations were absolutely brutal - twelve hour shifts, cranky attending nurses, and more bodily fluids than I care to remember. But I made it through and Marcus surprised me with dinner at that little Mexican place on Hillsborough Street to celebrate.

Three Years Down
I may have gotten a little too excited about the margaritas. Worth every sip though, because THREE YEARS DOWN, PEOPLE. One more year and Iβll officially be Elena Vasquez, RN. The finish line is in sight and Iβm sprinting toward it. (Not actually sprinting. I donβt run. Yet.) Senior year, here I come.
