Care package assembly line
Finals week hits everyone differently, and I’ve been watching some of my nursing classmates really struggle lately. Sarah mentioned yesterday that she’s been living on vending machine coffee and stress, and I know at least three others who look like they haven’t seen sunlight in days.

So today turned into unofficial care package central in our kitchen. Nothing fancy - just some of those chocolate chip cookies I made way too many of yesterday, little notes reminding everyone they’re going to be amazing nurses, and some actual decent tea bags because hospital cafeteria coffee shouldn’t be anyone’s only source of caffeine.

The personal touch makes all the difference.
Jake keeps walking by and shaking his head at my “Elena’s going overboard again” tendency, but honestly? Sometimes people just need to know someone’s thinking of them. Plus I had all this nervous energy from my own studying, and baking beats highlighting the same anatomy chapter for the fourth time.
Dropping these off at the library tomorrow before my shift. Hopefully they’ll help someone get through the weekend push before our last exam on Tuesday.
