The No-Filter Years
Sophie has discovered the power of conversation and she is WIELDING it. At three, she has full sentences, strong opinions, and absolutely zero understanding of what should stay within the family walls.

The No-Filter Years
Today’s greatest hits include telling our mailman that “Daddy snores really loud” and “Mommy drinks wine after I go to bed.” The mailman, bless him, just smiled and said she sounds like a smart little girl. I may never show my face at the mailbox again.
She’s also started providing running commentary on everything I do. Making coffee? “Mommy, you drink too much coffee.” Checking my phone? “Mommy, you’re always looking at that thing.” Putting on mascara? “Why do you paint your eyes?” It’s like having a tiny anthropologist studying my every move and reporting back to anyone who will listen.
Marcus thinks it’s hilarious until she starts sharing HIS secrets. We’ll see how funny he finds it when she tells the grocery store clerk about his guitar practice sessions.
