Actually held it. Full extension, steady breathing, no emergency windmill arms. I may have gotten a little too excited with my encouragement because she started laughing and nearly toppled over, but she stuck the landing.

Success face activated
She’s been working on this pose since January, and today something just clicked. We spent another twenty minutes flowing through sequences, but she kept coming back to warrior III like she couldn’t believe she’d figured it out. Sometimes progress shows up exactly when you stop trying so hard to force it.
