34 and In My Power
Today I’m 34, and I’ve never felt more like myself.

34 and In My Power
You know what they don’t tell you about your thirties? That spite is actually an excellent motivator. Every time someone said ‘you’re a mom now, you should slow down,’ I laced up my running shoes. Every time someone implied I couldn’t be a dedicated nurse AND prioritize my health, I booked another Pilates class.
Three times a week at the studio, plus my regular runs, and I’m genuinely in the best shape of my life.

Birthday morning fuel
Not because I hate my post-baby body - I loved what it did for me. But because I decided I wanted to see what this body could become when I stopped apologizing for taking care of it. Turns out, it can become pretty incredible.

Every time someone said ‘you can’t have it all,’ I got it all. And a six-pack.
Marcus keeps asking if I want a birthday dinner out, but honestly? I’m already celebrating. Every day I choose to show up for myself is a celebration. Every morning I feel strong and confident is a gift. Thirty-four feels powerful, and I’m not sorry about it.
To everyone who said I couldn’t have it all - thanks for the motivation. I got it all. And abs.
