When your workout buddy needs intervention

When your workout buddy needs intervention
Twenty minutes into our circuit and I’m watching him do something that vaguely resembles a squat if you squint and tilt your head sideways. His knees are tracking everywhere except where they should be, and don’t get me started on the ankle mobility situation.
‘Let me show you,’ I said, which in workout partner language means ‘please stop before you hurt yourself.’
