Note to self: attempting to grab your phone, check the time, AND pour coffee simultaneously is not actually multitasking. It’s just asking for trouble.

Gravity wins again

Apparently my brain thought 6:47am was the perfect time to test my coordination skills. Spoiler alert: I failed spectacularly. Coffee everywhere except in the actual mug, which is now doing its best impression of a sad, empty vessel on the floor.

The good news? I’ve gotten really efficient at this particular cleanup routine. Jake’s still asleep, so he gets to wake up to a kitchen that smells like French roast instead of witnessing my complete lack of morning grace.
