Making it official

Reserved study room 204B for two hours today and sent out actual invites to six people from my prerequisite classes. Not just “hey, want to study sometime?” but real calendar invites with times and topics.

Turns out three people actually showed up, which felt like a small miracle. We tackled the cardiovascular system chapter that’s been kicking everyone’s butt, and I realized I actually know this stuff well enough to help explain it. The girl sitting across from me - Katie, I think - said she finally understood heart valve function after I drew it out on the whiteboard.

Ready for round one.

Got everything set up beforehand because I was nervous about seeming unprepared. Probably overthought it, but having actual structure made the whole thing feel more legitimate. We’re meeting again Thursday to review for the physiology quiz.

Weird how different it feels when you actually put your name on something instead of just helping out randomly. Like I’m actually building something here instead of just being helpful when it’s convenient.
