Connection points
Alex stopped by yesterday to grab those physics books, and somehow we ended up talking for an hour about training schedules and running routes. Turns out he’s been following my blog for months - started reading after that post about balancing campus rec work with nursing prerequisites. Small world, right?

Connection points
It’s weird realizing that these random thoughts I’ve been posting actually reach people in my actual life. Not just distant internet strangers, but people I work with, study with, see at the gym. Sarah mentioned the other day that her running group could use another consistent member, and I’ve been thinking about it more seriously since that conversation with Alex.
I haven’t committed to structured training in a while - just been maintaining with Carmen’s weekend runs and whatever fits into my schedule. But there’s something appealing about joining something established, something with other people who are serious about it. Sarah’s group meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings, which could actually work with my class schedule.

Contemplating next moves
Maybe it’s time to stop overthinking and just show up. The worst that happens is I discover I’m not ready for their pace yet. The best that happens is I find another piece of this puzzle I’ve been building - work, school, writing, fitness, community. All these separate threads starting to weave together in ways I didn’t plan but somehow make sense.
